In each kit, you will receive:

XLS-A substrate bag with .50 Air Filter

Each Bag contains 700 grams of coir

8 cups of vermiculite

1/3 cup of Azomite.

All the ingredients are contained within the substrate bag. Just add 8 cups of boiling water and rubber band the top shut. Wait 1 Hour and mix thoroughly. Wait overnight until substrate is at room temperature and you're ready! The substrate will weigh about 9.5-10 pounds.
